At Shop.Madonna.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our Returns & Exchanges process works.
1. Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
Unused and in the same condition you received it.
Still in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable / Exempt Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
Perishables (food, flowers)
Newspapers or magazines
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
4. Partial Refund Conditions
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:
If an item shows obvious signs of use (e.g. worn clothing)
For media formats (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, video games, etc.) that have been opened.
If anything is damaged, missing parts, or not in the original condition through no fault of Madonna’s team.
If a return is made more than 30 days after delivery.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll send you an email notifying you whether your return is approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
Note: Refunds may take extra time to appear depending on your credit card company or bank. If you’ve followed all the steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
We only permit exchanges if an item is defective or damaged. For an exchange:

7. Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for its value once we receive the return.
If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be made to the gift giver.
8. How to Return an Item
Fill out the Return Form and include it in the package you send back.
Use the original packaging if possible.

9. Shipping Costs
If the merchandise is not shipped incorrectly or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
