We want you to get your Madonna merch with clarity and confidence. This article walks you through how shipping & order fulfillment works from when you place your order to when it arrives, including international, tracking, and special cases.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed once payment clears. For in-stock items, this means they’ll be prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
Backorders: If an item is on backorder, it isn’t available to ship immediately. Most backordered items take 1–4 weeks to restock.
Pre-orders: These are items released at a future date. You’ll be charged at purchase, and your order ships only when the pre-order item becomes available. Because of this, pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Shipping Options & Timelines
Domestic (United States)
Shipping costs and options depend on what you order (weight, size) and your address. You’ll see rates once you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
All U.S. orders include tracking.
Estimated delivery for Standard U.S. shipping is 7-10 business days.
International
Shipment outside the U.S. is available. International shipping methods include options labelled International Standard and International Expedited.
Delivery times for international orders are estimated at 2-5 weeks, depending on destination, customs, and local postal services.
For international Rapid shipments (when available), tracking numbers are provided. Standard international shipments may not always have tracking beyond initial transit.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number (for eligible shipping methods).
If you have a store account, you can also view the status and tracking info through your account dashboard.
4. Duties, Taxes, & Customs (International Orders)
International orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or duties. These are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Customs processing may delay delivery. If your package is held by customs, you may need to pay fees or provide documentation.
Shop.Madonna.com does not declare merchandise as a “Gift” for customs purposes.
5. Shipping Restrictions / Special Cases
Some items can’t be shipped internationally due to legal, safety, or regulatory reasons (for example, flammable items, hazardous materials, etc.).
U.S. Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO): These are accepted, but shipments may take longer, and some shipping restrictions apply. Tracking might be limited for security reasons.
6. What We’re Not Responsible For
Once packages are delivered to your local carrier or postal facility, any delays from that point (e.g. local postal delays) are outside of our control.
Customs, duties, and inspections can cause delays in delivery for international shipments.

Make sure your shipping address is correct and complete (including apartment/unit numbers).
Choose a shipping method with tracking if possible.
Order early for pre-orders or backordered items so you account for added lead time.
