Creating a Hyatt Account

Joining the World of Hyatt is quick and free.

Visit hyatt.com/join.
Fill in your basic information, including your name, email, and password.
Verify your email address to activate your account.

Tip: Once you sign up, you can start earning points, enjoy member-only rates, and access faster check-in and checkout options through the Hyatt mobile app.

Updating Your Profile

Keep your details up to date to make every stay seamless.

Go to My Account → Profile on hyatt.com.
Update your contact information, email preferences, or saved payment methods.
Manage your travel preferences, such as bed type, room location, or dietary needs.

Note: Changes to your personal information will reflect immediately across Hyatt’s booking and communication systems.

Resetting or Changing Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or wish to update it for security reasons:

Go to the Sign-In page.
Click “Forgot Password?” and enter your registered email address.
Follow the link in your email to reset your password securely.

Security Reminder: Hyatt will never ask for your password or personal information via email or chat. Always sign in through official Hyatt channels.

Managing Communication and Preferences

Your Hyatt account allows you to customize how we stay in touch.

Manage your email subscriptions and choose which offers or updates you’d like to receive.
Update language and region settings for localized content and experiences.
Opt into mobile notifications for digital keys, late checkout alerts, and exclusive offers.

You can also update your preferences in the Hyatt mobile app under Account → Settings.

Viewing Stays and Rewards

World of Hyatt members can view all past and upcoming stays under My Stays.
Here, you can:

Review past invoices
Track progress toward elite tiers
Redeem points for free nights, upgrades, or experiences

Tip: Link your account with participating partners to earn or redeem points seamlessly across travel, dining, and retail experiences.
