Viewing and Retrieving Your Bill
After checkout, a detailed copy of your final bill is automatically sent to the email address provided during your stay. You can also access your invoice at any time through the following options:
Online at hyatt.com :
Go to My Account → My Stays.
Locate the reservation and select “View Bill” or “Download Invoice.”
Hyatt Mobile App:
Open your recent or past stays under your profile.
Tap “View Receipt” for digital copies.
At the Hotel:
Visit the front desk or contact the accounting team directly to request a printed or emailed copy.
Tip: Bills are typically available within 24 hours of checkout. For stays booked through a third party (such as Expedia or Booking.com), please contact that provider for billing copies.
Understanding Your Bill
Your final bill includes all room charges, applicable taxes, fees, and additional services during your stay. You’ll see:
Room rate per night
Taxes and resort fees (where applicable)
Restaurant or room service charges
Spa, parking, and other service fees
Adjustments or credits (if any)
If something doesn’t look right, simply contact the property’s Guest Accounting team or reach out through Hyatt Customer Care. Our team will review your account and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Payment Methods Accepted
Hyatt properties accept a variety of secure payment options for your convenience.
Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and other regional cards.
Digital Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select mobile wallets (availability varies by location).
Bank Transfers or Cash: Accepted in select destinations and currencies.
World of Hyatt Points: Redeem points for stays, upgrades, or dining at participating hotels.
Note: Some hotels may require a card authorization at check-in to cover incidental charges. Any unused balance is released automatically after checkout.
Requesting a Past Invoice or Receipt
If you need a copy of a bill from a previous stay:
Visit hyatt.com/request-bill and complete the short request form.
Provide your name, check-in date, property name, and confirmation number (if available).
Your invoice will be sent to your registered email within a few business days.
Alternatively, contact the hotel directly or message our Hyatt Virtual Assistant, which can help locate your billing record and guide you to the right team.
Updating or Correcting Payment Information
If your payment method needs to be updated or corrected:
Log in to your Hyatt account and go to Payment Methods under My Account.
Add or edit your preferred credit card or digital wallet.
For past-stay adjustments or billing corrections, contact the hotel’s Accounting Department or Hyatt Customer Care.
Security Reminder: Hyatt uses advanced encryption and PCI-compliant systems to protect your payment data. Never share your credit card details through email or unverified channels.
Group, Event, or Business Billing
For corporate, group, or event-related billing inquiries:
Contact your Event Manager or Sales Coordinator for detailed invoices.
For centralized billing accounts, statements are issued monthly or per contract terms.
Tax-exempt documentation must be provided prior to or during check-in to ensure correct processing.
